About the programme

DigitalSkill4All is designed to expand equitable access to foundational digital literacy for young people in underserved communities. It's the entry point into TIYE's Digital Skills Development pillar, turning digital literacy into a real, sustainable livelihood.

One of our most impactful editions focused on supporting young people living with sickle cell disease — providing digital skills that create opportunities for remote work, employment, and entrepreneurship. It's proof that inclusive design changes who gets to participate in the digital economy.

Programme objectives

1

To equip underserved young people with foundational digital literacy and practical software skills.

2

To provide career-readiness coaching — CVs, interviews and portfolios — that turns new skills into real opportunities.

3

To create an inclusive pathway for groups facing additional barriers to employment, including young people living with sickle cell disease.

4

To connect graduates to remote work, employment, and entrepreneurship opportunities.
